CONTEXT
Shift is Seismic’s annual customer event, hosted in San Diego, California. Following a recent brand refresh, Shift 2024 presented the perfect opportunity to fully explore and expand the possibilities of our updated brand identity. Guided by the event theme, “Push What’s Possible,” we developed a design concept that embodied Seismic’s renewed spirit of innovation.

Guided by the event theme, “Push What’s Possible,” we developed a design concept that embodied Seismic’s renewed spirit of innovation.
I led the design, production, and execution of all promotional event merchandise. Additionally, I contributed to small print design and provided support across various touchpoints as needed.
The brand and events team focused on two key goals: achieving an above-benchmark NPS score (benchmark: 30-50) and delivering a cohesive brand experience that felt engaging, energizing, and enterprise-level. Our aim was to strengthen attendee confidence in Seismic, reinforce its leadership in the enablement space, and support event-driven conversations that would ultimately drive new deals and renewals.
